Tiny1-C is a long wave infrared (8~14μm, LWIR) thermal imaging micromodule capable of converting the thermal radiation of an object into image and temperature data. Featuring compactness and low power consumption, it is applicable to security monitoring, temperature measurement tools, personal digital assistants (PDAs), smart household appliances, and other fields.

Features of Tiny1-C Micro Uncooled IR Camera Sensor Module

The self-developed special infrared ISP chip is introduced to realize low power consumption and good performance and reduce the development difficulty.

Focus on consumer-grade thermal imaging market. 

Adopt 12μm WLP VOx uncooled infrared detector is used as the core, providing two available resolutions: 256×192 and 160×120.

25Hz high frame rate. 

By combining the excellent optical design of lens with the high-resolution detector, it can provide excellent images. 

With built-in shutter, it has a mini size of 13mm×28mm×10mm and is easy to integrate. 

Support full-array temperature data output.
